1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p77pp ("p77pp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with p77pp, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with p77pp. The following conditions apply to the creation and ongoing maintenance of your account:

• 1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. p77pp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• 2 You must notify p77pp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat on the p77pp website.
• 3 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your p77pp account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person, including family members or friends.
• 4 p77pp reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks at any point during the lifetime of your account. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly when asked. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• 5 You may request the closure of your p77pp account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five to seven business days.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• 5 All deposits are made at the player's own risk. p77pp is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on p77pp. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• 1 Using software tools, bots, scripts, AI-assisted systems, or any automated or semi-automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on p77pp.
• 2 Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about cards, game state, or strategies in real time during live casino games or poker variants.
• 3 Attempting to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use p77pp for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity. p77pp is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any resulting investigation.
• 4 Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or mobile payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through p77pp's internal dispute resolution process. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
• 5 Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform to generate profit. Any winnings generated by exploiting a technical error are not payable and will be voided. The Player must notify p77pp immediately upon discovering any such error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the p77pp Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphical user interface, logos, trademarks, game assets supplied by p77pp (as distinct from those owned by third-party game providers), promotional materials, written content, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of p77pp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal, recreational online gaming. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's proprietary content without the prior written consent of p77pp.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p77pp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or device damage, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether p77pp had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

p77pp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or factors outside p77pp's reasonable control including telecommunications network failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events. p77pp will not be liable to any Player for losses arising from any such unavailability.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

p77pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• 1 Where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: age misrepresentation, provision of false registration details, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or any form of fraud or money laundering.
• 2 Where a Player's betting activity is identified as posing a commercial risk to p77pp, including but not limited to persistent arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of pricing errors, or any pattern of activity that is inconsistent with recreational gambling.
• 3 Where a Player voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion. In all cases of account closure initiated by p77pp, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds still subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Amendments to These Terms

p77pp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility conditions — p77pp will provide reasonable notice of the changes by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where contact details are available, by notifying affected Players directly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. The most recent version of these Terms is always the version that governs your use of p77pp.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to p77pp's operating jurisdiction.
